Overview
Are you a seafood lover like me? Whether it’s shrimp, crab or seafood, I like them all. Personally, I think it’s easiest to stir-fry ginger and green onion. Although steaming is easier, I always feel it lacks a bit of flavor.

The purchased flower beetles are first kept in light salt water and allowed to spit out sand. You can change the water once or twice midway

Saute ginger, onion, garlic and chili until fragrant

Pour in the flower armor

All of a sudden the flower armor is in bloom~

Stir-fry quickly, add seasonings and sprinkle with scallions.
