Fried chicken rack

My mother bought a chicken rack and wanted to use it to make soup, but I didn't like it, so I fried it. Although I think this way of eating is very fattening, I can't help it. I always want to eat fried things recently!

First, chop the chicken rack into pieces, the size can be based on personal preference! Then use various seasonings (you can increase or decrease the seasonings according to your personal taste) and mix them evenly with your hands, then marinate for about an hour!

Mix the flour and starch thoroughly at a ratio of 2:1, pour it onto the chicken rack and stir thoroughly. Make sure the flour and starch evenly cover the surface of the chicken rack!

Then comes the last step. Pour oil into the pot. When the oil temperature reaches six to seven points, gently lower the chicken rack into the pot piece by piece. Fry quickly over high heat. During the frying process, keep turning the chicken rack with chopsticks to avoid burning it. When you see that the outside of the chicken rack becomes darker, turn off the heat and the chicken rack is ready to eat!

Finally, here is a picture of the finished product. It is really charred on the outside and tender on the inside, and tastes great!
