Cumin baby potatoes
Overview
After visiting the flower show, my son smelled the aroma of small potatoes and bought a portion. When he ate it, he felt it was too salty and spicy. When he came back, he made it because he still wanted to eat it. Not to mention that it tasted better than the ones sold outside with the ground chili pepper and cumin that he had ground himself.

Use your fingernails to gently scrape off the surface skin of the small potatoes you bought.

Boil the small potatoes with water in the pot until chopsticks can be easily inserted into the larger potatoes.

Add oil to the frying pan, gently press the small potatoes to crack them, and fry the potatoes until they are slightly brown.

Add oil to the wok, stir-fry the chili pepper, cumin, and add the chives.
