Rose milk gelato
Overview
I forgot why the egg whites were left, I just remembered that when I left them, I planned to make gelato. I wanted to start from the most basic, but after looking at the ice cream still left in the refrigerator and watching the time go by, after a lot of tangles and struggles. Finally, I decided to make this rose milk gelato first. Although the weather is still hot and the autumn tiger is showing off, it will all pass soon. Perhaps, it is no longer necessary to make the next ice cream. Will this be the last ice cream of the year?

Pour the rose sauce into a bowl and add milk

Pour the egg whites into another large bowl and beat with a whisk
