Pour the green juice powder, sugar and salt into the egg liquid and stir evenly.

Pour the beaten egg liquid and water into the mochi mixing powder, and stir again. Do not overmix, as the more you stir, the drier the batter will be.

Add liquefied butter and mix well.

Add cranberry crumbs and mix well.

Put the batter into a piping bag and squeeze it into a ball of medium size, leaving enough space to expand.

Place the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven at 210 degrees for about 2-15 minutes. After taking it out of the oven, do not shake the baking sheet and wait until it cools before taking it out.
