Arctic cod peeled and meat removed

Marinate the fish with salt and black pepper for a while

Rinse the quinoa in hot water to remove its astringency

Add more than 2 times the amount of water for quinoa to the pot and bring to a boil

Add the quinoa and cook for about 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and leave it in the pot for 5 minutes
