Get all the materials ready

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it at room temperature until it can be easily pressed in with your fingers. Pour in the caster sugar.

Mix the butter and sugar until evenly combined, until the sugar is no longer visible.

Beat with electric beater. Beat the butter until it becomes fluffy and light in color.

Add the egg yolks into the beaten butter in 2 batches and continue to beat. (Add 1 egg and beat until combined, then add the second egg and continue beating.)

Pour the milk into the butter mixed with egg yolks, and beat with an electric egg beater until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color.

Then use a flour sieve to sift in low-gluten flour. (It’s no problem to pour this pastry directly without a flour sieve. I’m used to it. ^_^)

Then pour in 3/4 of the shredded coconut, leaving 1/4 aside.

Stir evenly until dry flour and shredded coconut are no longer visible.

Knead into small balls with your hands

Roll it in the shredded coconut that you just left and wrap it in shredded coconut.

Arrange them one by one and put them in the oven. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes. (The power of the oven is different, you can control the time yourself)
