Mix glutinous rice flour with warm water to form a dough.

Take a plate, brush the bottom with oil, flatten the dough with your hands and put it into the plate.

Pour water into the steamer, put the plate in and steam for 20 minutes.

After steaming and cooling slightly, put the glutinous rice noodles into the plastic wrap, brush a few layers of plastic wrap, and use a rolling pin to roll it out thinly (you can also use the palm of your hand to flatten it to make it thin)

Brush a layer of jam on the rolled glutinous rice surface (I don’t have bean paste at home, so I used these instead) and spread a layer of candied dates.

After placing the filling, roll it up from one side and dip the bottom with sesame seeds

After rolling it, just cut it into small pieces with a knife. (Because of the candied dates added in the middle, the roll is not tight when rolled)

This is what I made before. The bean paste filling is better and has more sesame seeds.
