Wash the rice and cook it in a pot for 7 or 8 minutes. Pour it into a pot and drain it. During this period, rinse it with water to keep the rice grains fresh and not sticky.

When cooking rice, prepare diced carrots, green peas, potato cubes, and bacon dices

Heat cooking oil in a pan and when it is 60% hot, pour in the potato cubes.

Fry until golden brown, remove and set aside

Leave a little remaining oil in the pot, add diced bacon and fry until oil is slightly released, then add green peas and diced carrots, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in the drained rice and all the ingredients, add a little salt and stir-fry together.

Transfer to steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.

Transfer to preheated casserole.
