Golden Pork Floss Crispy Strips
Overview
My children all love to eat meat floss. I have also made meat floss pancakes, and they all like it very much. I specially made some beef floss two days ago just to make some meat floss snacks. In order to make delicious snacks, the meat floss is specially made very fluffy. The snacks made in this way will have a good taste. In order to be more nutritious, I replaced the water with carrot juice when making the water crust. The pastry made in this way is golden yellow and very beautiful. The shape also changed from round to rectangular strips, so today’s snack is named: Golden Pork Floss Crispy Strips. The cheese used is butter.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh out the required amount of homemade beef floss
-
I also weighed out the required amount of mung bean paste I just fried with white sugar and put it into a basin together with the beef floss.
-
Knead together and mix into a uniform filling
-
Use a rectangular mold to shape the filling and set aside.
-
Add a little water to the carrots and blend into the juice.
-
Strain the carrot juice.
-
Take the required amount of carrot juice, add grape seed oil, stir evenly, add high-gluten flour and mix into water
-
Add high-gluten flour and mix into water skin
-
: Melt butter in water, add flour and make a dough
-
Let the blended oily skin and watery skin last for more than half an hour. After soaking, knead the watery skin until smooth and let it sit for a few minutes.
-
Flatten the water skin and put it in the oil skin to wrap tightly
-
Press first and then roll out into a long shape
-
Fold it in half and roll it out slightly
-
Then fold it in half
-
After rolling it out, repeat the quilt folding method twice, folding the quilt 3 times in total, and then roll it out
-
Roll out the puff pastry into a large piece about 2 mm thick and cut into rectangular pieces
-
Take a piece and put the stuffing on it,
-
First fold the package in half
-
Then close the two ends and shape with the closing edge facing down
-
When everything is ready, place it on the baking sheet. Use a steel needle or toothpick to prick small holes on the surface to prevent bloating during baking
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes, then bake for 15 minutes
-
Not only the children love to eat the baked pork floss strips, but I also love to eat them
