Homemade peach cake
Overview
The oil drum is about to bottom out again. I use oil base to make peach cakes and save adding crushed peanuts. I figured out the recipe after watching a lot of other people’s recipes. I saw on TV that there are no specific quantities for Chinese food, everything is in moderation. Although my recipe has quantities, they are approximate numbers. I did not use a scale. You can adjust them at any time when making them. My family all said it was delicious after eating it, and being recognized is my biggest motivation.

Put the oil, eggs, and sugar in a bowl and stir well.

As the saying goes, if you want it to be sweet, add a little salt, just a little, but not too much.

Sift in the flour and add the baking powder.

Arrange into dough pieces about one centimeter.

Cut out the shape with a die.

Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.

Bake the upper layer of the oven at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. My oven has two layers.
