Wash the bitter chrysanthemum and drain it.

Crush the peanuts and set aside. I used cooked peanuts here instead of frying them like other recipes. I just made it based on feeling.

Cut the garlic into granules and set aside.

This step is the core, making the sauce. I added light soy sauce at first, but then it tasted really bad... maybe it's because I don't know how to mix it. Then I gave up the light soy sauce and used sugar, vinegar, and sesame oil. The specific amount depends on everyone's taste. I tasted it while mixing.

After the sauce is successfully prepared, pour the soup on the bitter chrysanthemum, add the peanuts and garlic, stir it, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, be careful not to have too much salt, and put it on a plate.
