Braised chicken wings in oyster sauce
Overview
Oyster sauce is my favorite. Whether it's oyster sauce pork ribs or oyster sauce chicken wings, they are all so delicious that you can bite your tongue. I only ate one of this plate of chicken wings, and two friends snatched up the rest. 😂One ate 5 pieces, the other ate 4 pieces, and even stripped all the garlic inside...

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the chicken wings and marinate them with cooking wine, soy sauce and ginger for 10 minutes.
-
Prepare garlic and ginger rice.
-
Boil water, blanch chicken wings for 2 minutes.
-
The ratio of tomato sauce to oyster sauce is 2/1. Add the water used to blanch the chicken wings and mix well.
-
Heat the oil in a hot pan, fry the chicken wings until fragrant, and fry until lightly golden on both sides.
-
Cut the chicken wings aside, add garlic and ginger, saute until fragrant and stir-fry evenly with the chicken wings.
-
Pour in the prepared sauce and simmer over medium heat for 3-5 minutes to reduce the juice. During this period, turn the chicken wings over to prevent them from burning. 😋
