Glutinous rice and lotus root

Glutinous rice and lotus root

Overview

It’s okay to stay at home after pregnancy. After the morning sickness stage and in the second trimester, I started thinking about making various foods at home. I really wanted to eat glutinous rice and lotus root these two days, but I couldn’t find any for sale. I might as well make it at home. It’s clean and hygienic, and I feel safe eating! I searched various food websites online, found the recipe, and started copying it! Haha

  3. Put the lotus root, rock sugar, brown sugar, and water in the electric pressure cooker in sequence (the water should cover the lotus root), adjust to whole grains, and start cooking! I probably cooked it for more than 40 minutes!
