Cut the celery into slices diagonally, break off the lily, and cut the garlic into slices and set aside.

Soak the celery and lily in hot water first, take it out and set aside. This will make it easier to cook when frying. Heat the oil in a pan and stir-fry the celery first. Stir-fry the lily. Then add the garlic slices and stir-fry evenly. Add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry evenly. Finally, add wet starch to thicken it and serve.
