Sweet and sour summer dishes
Overview
Summer seems to have come earlier this year. In May, the temperature in Beijing continues to rise. So much so that the temperature actually rose to 41.1 degrees on May 29th. Wow! It’s so awesome! I guess this summer is going to be tough! In such a hot summer, it is very necessary to prepare some delicious side dishes for your family to cool down and relieve the heat. Last night I made a simple yet delicious dish that is loved by my family - sweet and sour cherry radish and cucumber flowers.

Wash the cherry radish and cucumber flowers and drain them;

Remove the stems of the cherry radish, use two chopsticks to hold the radish in place and cut it with a cross-cut knife (so that the seasoning can be flavored and stacked beautifully);
