Clean the pork belly and cut into small cubes.

Blanch the pork belly in cold water and set aside.

Shell the chestnuts, or buy chestnut kernels directly.

Prepare required spices.

Place the pork belly and chestnuts into the electric pressure cooker.

Add all spices and seasonings.

Add another spoonful of June fresh lightly salted honey braised soy sauce.

Add water that covers the ingredients, cover the lid and turn on the braised pork trotters mode or rice cooking mode.
