Overview
The fried chicken fillet has crispy skin and tender and juicy meat. It is super delicious after being cut and eaten hot. There is melted and fragrant cheese in the middle. It has a rich texture and is addictive

Wash the chicken breasts, remove and drain

First, use a knife to cut the chicken breast into 1/2 thickness into a large continuous piece

Use a hammer to beat into thin and even slices

Put it into a bowl, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger juice, black peppercorns and a little cornstarch, mix well and marinate for 2 hours to let the flavor develop

After marinating, take it out and add cheese slices and shredded cheese on one side in the middle

Put it in the egg wash and coat evenly

Finally, dip it in bread crumbs and press it gently with your hands

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, brush with a little oil, put the chicken fillet in and fry for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take it out and turn it over, brush the surface with oil and fry for another 10 minutes
