Steps
-
Remove the stems from the green peppers, do not need to scoop out the core, rinse with water and drain. (Choose the green peppers that are more delicious and slightly spicy. Its name is tiger pepper. The lighter the color of the green pepper, the less spicy it is, and the darker the pepper, the spicier it is.)
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into a dry pan and heat it until it is 50% hot.
-
Pour in the green peppers, (be careful with the frying oil😄) and stir-fry from time to time to allow the green peppers to heat evenly, and press the green peppers with a spoon constantly. The purpose is to fry the water out of the green peppers and make them wilted. The surface will be slightly burnt, and the mottled burnt spots will look like tiger patterns.
-
When it becomes patterned, add an appropriate amount of salt and aged vinegar (you can also add sugar, our family doesn’t like it very much, it depends on your own taste)
-
Continue to stir-fry until the tiger pattern appears, add MSG,
-
Remove and plate!
