Ham and Green Pepper Pizza
Overview
This pizza crust is made of Xinliang nutritious brown wheat flour. The flour is light brown and different in color from ordinary pizza crust, but it is more nutritious and the dough is full of wheat flavor. With the addition of red and green peppers, the spelled out colors will be more visually appealing. Added half a pack of shredded mozzarella cheese and spread it in 3 layers. The drawing effect is great and the milky aroma is very rich. It only takes a few minutes to knead the noodles with the Dongling C08 chef machine. The following quantities are for one 9-inch pizza, but the actual quantity is for two pizzas.

Dissolve the yeast in warm water, pour the yeast water into the cooking machine, and add sugar, salt, oil, and flour.

Turn to level 1 and stir for a few dozen seconds, then turn to level 2 and knead for a few minutes until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.

Cut the green and red peppers into shreds, put them in Dongling K30A oven, bake at 100 degrees for 15 minutes.

Heat butter in a pan. When butter melts, add minced onion and garlic, stir-fry for a while until fragrant.

Add tomato paste and sauté until thickened and set aside.

Take out the fermented dough to deflate and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll into a round shape, place on a 9-inch baking pan, and make small holes with a fork.
