Three bean pork bone soup--Runzao soup
Overview
Americans like to use pinto beans and eyebrow beans with ham, and put them into a slow cooker to make soup. It is nutritious and easy to make. I also followed their example and made a bean soup, and added red beans. I happened to buy T-bone steaks, remove the bones and cut the corners of the meat to make soup, and a pot of delicious soup was created.

Prepare the beans, pick out the bad beans and wash them.
-
Fill the pot with half a pot of water, add 4 slices of ginger, 5 pieces of longan meat, and pour in the beans and pork bones.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set the multi-grain setting. Generally, the multi-grain setting is 40 minutes. You will hear that there is a time adjustment function. Set the time to 30 minutes and the soup will be basically ready. If the beans are still hard, you can cook it again. After the soup is cooked, open the lid and put the soup into a bowl. Add salt according to your favorite saltiness when eating.
