Prepare ingredients.

Dry the fish fillet and cut into small pieces.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well with the milk; mix well the flour, marinade, black pepper and salt into a bowl.

First, coat the fish pieces with a layer of mixed flour in Bowl 1.

Then stick the fish pieces with a layer of egg liquid; finally stick a layer of bread crumbs.

Brush the baking sheet with some oil; place the fish pieces on top and brush with a layer of oil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 18 minutes, turning once in the middle, until both sides are golden brown and crispy.

Remove the crispy fish pieces from the grill and serve with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
