Clear noodle soup
Overview
When I was little, I loved to eat clear soup noodles made by my mother. Now I often make them for my son and husband. If you eat too much greasy food, a bowl of light noodles is also good.

Have materials ready.

Bring water to a boil.

Prepare a noodle bowl, add chopped green onion, a spoonful of lard, and a spoonful of fresh soy sauce for noodles. Pour in boiling water.

Add salt and a spoonful of lard to the remaining boiling water in the pot, add lettuce leaf soup and cook until cooked. Drain and set aside.

Put the noodles into the pot and cook over high heat.

Remove the cooked noodles and put the cooked green vegetable leaves on top of the noodles.

The fried pork with chili made at home can be put in the noodles to cover it.
