Wash the cabbage, drain it, cut it and set aside.

Make homemade mung bean sprouts, wash them clean, control the water, and set aside.

Slice garlic and set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add cabbage and mung bean sprouts, season with a little salt, and stir-fry for about three minutes.

Remove from pan and plate.
