Chocolate ice cream (milk powder version)
Overview
Ice cream is still ice cream, my favorite chocolate flavor. The recipe was modified and the finished product is quite good. Let’s use it on our own, surprises are everywhere! My milk powder is about to expire. If you are consuming milk powder, you can use fresh milk.

Add the milk powder to warm water and brew it, then pour it into the pot

Add cornstarch and mix well

Sift in the cocoa powder and stir evenly. Heat over low heat and cook until the milk thickens.

Remove from the heat, place the pot into a basin of cold water, and cool down with water, stirring constantly to cool down faster. Of course, if you are not in a hurry, you can also cool it naturally.

Add egg yolk

Stir evenly and heat over low heat again, do not boil, until the egg yolks are cooked

Add honey and mix well. Add appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly

Add sugar to whipped cream

Add the whipped cream to the cocoa batter and mix evenly.

Sieve into a container, cool and place in the refrigerator

The effect after freezing for 4 hours
