Prepare the main materials

Knead the noodles to make hand-rolled noodles. The hand-rolled noodles are slightly thicker and taste better after absorbing the flavor

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger

Add the washed and drained chicken wing roots (currently I find it the most convenient and tastes best; if you like, you can use whole chicken or large chicken legs, but these will inevitably need to be processed again)

Add some light soy sauce to taste, and when the chicken wings are halfway cooked, add the potato cubes

Add natural fresh seasoning and adjust the color; simmer for a while and add a small bowl of water to continue simmering

Before the water dries, put in the hand-rolled dough...I put it down one by one to prevent the batter from getting together. When finished, add a small bowl of water.
