Play with the bread machine - 6-inch Chiffon
The neighbor’s cherry tree was full of cherries and he kindly gave us some. But the yellow cherries were so sour that the family did not dare to eat them, especially the two children. The girl opened a carton of banana milk and took a few sips before she wanted to drink it. It suddenly occurred to me that I need to add acidic liquid to beat egg whites. Since vinegar and lemon juice are both acceptable, this super sour cherry juice should also be acceptable. In fact, I have used green orange juice before. So I decided to bake a chiffon. The method of using a bread machine to bake cakes using a six-inch cake mold and a small steam rack was learned from the strong coffee and light mood. I tried it once and it wasn't very successful (I opened the bread machine lid to check whether it was cooked or not, but it turned out that the edges were burnt and the middle was not cooked yet), but this time I really succeeded.

【Northwest】Banana milk flaxseed bread (one-click)
My mother, who has always been traditional, is also quietly changing now. Not only does she like the various breads I make for her, but she also learns how to freeze and preserve bread. At first, she didn’t believe what I said about freezing and refrigeration. After she tried it, she found that freezing is indeed better and more convenient. Because I have diabetes, I rarely make cakes for the old lady. Instead, I will make a large loaf for her every once in a while, so that she has breakfast for a few days. When she wants to change the taste, she will tie up the remaining bread and store it in the freezer. This is not: I took the time to use linseed oil produced in the northwest instead of traditional butter, and made a healthy bread with less sugar and oil for the elderly~~~

Banana milk buns #Knead the dough using the oil method first#
Butter will block the formation of gluten, so when most kneading dough is done, the dough is first kneaded until the gluten is formed to a certain extent, and then softened butter is added; this can make kneading the dough easier; this method is commonly known as the post-oiling method. Since there is the post-oiling method, there is also the first-oiling method; some bakers believe that if butter is added at the beginning, the butter can be dispersed more evenly in the dough; therefore: both methods have their own pros and cons, and there is no right or wrong; it is just that hand-kneading the dough at home is time-consuming and laborious, and more friends use the post-oiling method for baking. In addition to using a bread machine to make disposable fool's bread, we usually use the oil to knead the dough; today we specially practiced the oil-first method (that is, put the butter and all the ingredients in the bread machine) to knead the dough and make bread, and waited with trepidation. Because banana milk is added, I like the faint banana flavor. Unfortunately, the finished product came out too late, and the light was not good, so I took a few photos of the finished product. However, the bread is really awesome and super delicious. Conclusion of kneading dough using the oiling method first: the film comes out well, the dough is easy to work with, and the softness of the finished product is not significantly different from the commonly used oiling method~~~

Banana Honey Bean Caterpillar
Caterpillar bread is a very classic bread: there are filled ones, plain ones, cream ones, and solid colors; but the most delicious one is the puff strips on top that look like caterpillars, at least that’s what I think. It was a pity to throw away half of the puff paste left when I made caterpillar bread last time, so I wrapped it and put it in the refrigerator. This time I made some honey red beans and added banana milk, so I made this: Banana Honey Bean Caterpillar; The sweet bread with a little banana flavor is very special, my family loves it~~~
