Soufflé and honey bean buns

Because of the honey bean filling and the soufflé flakes decoration, it is not only a soft meal bag, it can also be a simple combination to get surprises. Ingredients: 200 grams of cake flour, 100 grams of light cream, 30 grams of white sugar, 1 egg yolk (12 grams), 3 grams of yeast, 40 grams of milk, 1 gram of salt, 20 grams of butter. Add all ingredients except yeast and butter to the bowl.

Stir the dough lightly and form a ball. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 hour.

Add butter and yeast and start the dough process.

Knead until smooth dough. About two programs. 18 minutes per program.

Let the dough rise until doubled in size.

Remove and deflate, divide into 6 portions and roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough, roll it out a few times to deflate it, and add honey beans.
