Braised beef brisket with tomatoes and potatoes

Wash and cut the beef brisket into pieces and set aside.

Cut the ginger into pieces and pat it apart.

Put the beef brisket into the electric pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, ginger cubes and a little hot water.

Close the lid, turn on the power, and press the meat ribs button to operate.

While the beef brisket is cooking, wash, peel and cut the potatoes into hob cubes for later use.

Soak the tomatoes in boiling water for a while, peel and cut into cubes (one amount).

Cut the remaining two into large pieces and set aside.

After 20 minutes of cooking, the beef brisket is ready.

Pour appropriate amount of peanut oil into the hot pan, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry for a while.

Add the potato cubes and stir-fry for a while.

Add the cooked beef brisket and soup and cook for about fifteen minutes until the potatoes are soft.

When the soup thickens, add the tomato cubes and stir-fry until cooked.

Leave some soup juice, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve.
