Mustard is one of most people's favorite condiments. Mustard oil or mustard noodles are commonly used in cold dishes. Especially when eating raw seafood, horseradish is indispensable. Today, we use boiled shrimps with mustard salad dressing, which is a delicious feast.

Wash the shrimps and trim off their whiskers.

Slice the ginger and garlic and prepare the peppercorns.

Add water to the pot, add peppercorns, ginger and garlic and bring to a boil.

Add the prawns.

Pour a little cooking wine to remove the fishy smell.

After boiling the pot, cook it for 5 minutes until it is cooked. If the fire is too high, it will get old easily. If the fire is too low, the bacteria may not be killed.
