Beef fillet with oyster sauce and green pepper
Overview
Green peppers are crisp and tender, rich in vitamin C and carotene, and have the effects of promoting digestion and accelerating fat metabolism. Green peppers have a natural fragrance and slightly spicy taste, so we generally use them as seasonings for vegetables. They can be used with some ingredients to cook different delicious dishes, whether meat or vegetarian. Beef tenderloin with oyster sauce and green pepper is a quick-cooking dish. The beef must be marinated first, so that the beef is not only delicious but also has a smooth and delicious texture. When marinating, I added some oyster sauce to let the sweetness of the oyster sauce blend with the beef, making the beef more tender and delicious, which goes well with rice.
