  1. Weigh the rice flour, low-gluten flour, white sugar and yeast into a basin

  2. Add warm water and stir to form a paste.

  3. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.

  4. After fermenting for 30 minutes, the inside is organized into a honeycomb shape, stir again and exhaust.

  5. Prepare 10 molds and cover them with oil paper

  6. Divide the batter equally into each mold

  7. Pour hot water into the pot and steam for 12 minutes. After steaming, simmer for about 5 minutes before opening the lid.
