Mix flour with salt and water until fluffy.

Add an appropriate amount of flour and a little salt, then add some hot oil to make a puff pastry.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out thinly on the cutting board. Then spread a layer of puff pastry on top.

Fold the dough like a fan and stretch it.

Roll the dough from one end to the other.

Make all cakes in the same way.

Then flatten it from top to bottom with your hands and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin.

Separate each cake with a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator to freeze or fry it before eating.
