Start by taking the butter out and melting it at room temperature. Prepare the low-gluten flour, cranberries, eggs, and sugar.

Stir the butter until it changes color slightly, then add the sugar in three batches

After the butter and sugar are thoroughly mixed, add the eggs. Continue stirring

Add the flour in portions to the butter. If you have a sieve, use a sieve.

Add dried cranberries.

After mixing evenly, place the dough on plastic wrap and pat it into a rectangle. Place in the refrigerator for an hour.

Take out the frozen dough and cut into thin slices

Place evenly into the baking pan

Adjust the temperature of the upper and lower tubes of the oven to 160 degrees. Preheat for about five to ten minutes first.

Add the coded biscuits and bake for about fifteen minutes.
