Homemade pancakes

I baked a few extra pancakes for lunch, so I just wanted to be lazy and cook them for dinner and finish another meal...

First wash and shred the green vegetables, remove the meat from the fried chicken legs and shred them.

Prepare two pancakes and cut them into shreds.

Heat the cold oil in the pan and stir-fry the carrots first, then add the onions and peppers, stir-fry the chicken legs and stir-fry evenly. Add light soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry evenly, then add the pancake shreds and stir-fry briefly. When it is out of the pan, pour in the balsamic vinegar and stir-fry evenly with the sesame oil.

A simple plate of braised pancakes is ready, and enjoy it with a bowl of tomato and egg soup!
