Rinse all ingredients. Cut the carrots into strips, shred the onions, cut the cabbage into small pieces, and cut the onions into diagonal sections. Cut the rice cake into sections and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot, add onions and carrots and stir-fry until fragrant.
