Stir-fried mutton with green onions
Overview
There were some mutton slices left after brushing the mutton, so I made it into stir-fried mutton with green onions. The mutton slices are so cooked that I save the step of marinating the meat slices and make this dish quickly and easily. There are also few ingredients, which preserves the taste of the mutton itself, and the texture is relatively tender. It is a decent dish.

Prepare mutton slices

Cut the green onion into sections with a diagonal knife and shred the ginger

Put oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and about 20 grams of green onion, stir-fry until fragrant

Add the mutton slices and stir-fry until they change color,

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly

Then put all the remaining green onions into the pot, add salt and rice wine
