Overview
Corn is the best health product among whole grains. Eating more corn is very beneficial to human health. The vitamin content of corn is 5-10 times that of rice and wheat. Therefore, children should eat more whole grains for good health. Today I used yeast cakes made from a mixture of milk, sugar, white flour and cornmeal. I use a 1:1 ratio of corn flour and white flour, which can improve the dry and coarse texture of the corn.

Heat the milk to melt the sugar and yeast.
