Wash the spareribs and pat dry with absorbent paper

When the pot is slightly hot, add the ribs. (I used a non-stick pan without putting a drop of oil. If you use another pan, add an appropriate amount of oil. Add the ribs after the oil is hot.)

Fry slowly over low heat to reduce some fat and fry until the skin of the ribs is slightly golden

Add barbecued pork sauce

Pour in water to cover the ribs

Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat

Simmer until the soup is almost gone, then turn off the heat

Finished product!
