Warm Chiba Tofu
Overview
In the past, I usually ate Chiba tofu stewed and boiled, but this time I tried it differently and the taste was amazing.

Cut Chiba tofu into thick slices about 1cm thick.

Put some oil in the pan

When the oil is hot, add the sliced phyllo tofu slices.

Fry both sides until golden brown and puffed up, then remove.

Let cool slightly.

Cut the fried Chiba tofu into strips about 1cm wide.

Place in a clean container.

Cut onions into thin strips and cilantro into small stalks.

Put them together into the container of Chiba tofu.

Add appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of sugar.

Add appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and stir evenly.
