Wash and cut the chicken legs into pieces, marinate with salt, cooking wine, and cornstarch for half an hour.

It's best to add some black pepper to marinate it, it will taste better.

Heat the pan, heat the oil, and fry the chicken pieces over high heat until golden brown.
