  2. The ingredients as shown in the picture are onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, Sichuan peppercorns, and chopped mustard. They will be used to add oil at the end!

  3. These are the fish bones left after processing the herring, which are washed and used to make soup.

  10. Do not stir the added fish fillets, wait until they turn milky white as shown in the picture, then turn off the heat and take out the pan!
