Grilled Ribs with BBQ Pork Sauce
Overview
I bought a piece of spareribs and they looked pretty good. The meat was very thick and there were a lot of crispy bones. I thought there would be too much for the soup and I couldn't fully utilize its advantages, so I chopped off half of the ribs and cooked them in the soup. I simmered them for two hours and ate them with the crispy bones. The rest was marinated with barbecued pork sauce that had been stored in the refrigerator for a long time, and it was grilled. It was beautiful!
