Steps
-
Put the wing base into a large bowl, pour in the barbecue sauce, mix well and marinate for 2 hours. You can also refrigerate and marinate overnight.
-
After the pickling is completed, if there is too much juice, pour it out, crack in 1 egg, and then add a tablespoon of flour and Vida's premium oyster sauce.
-
Mix again.
-
Pour the sweet potato starch into the plate, put the chicken wings in, and coat evenly with a layer of sweet potato starch.
-
Heat a pot of oil to about 160°C. If you don't have a thermometer, you can insert a chopstick. When a lot of small bubbles appear, the oil temperature is OK.
-
Add chicken wing roots.
-
Turn to medium heat and fry until the surface of the wing base becomes hard and slightly yellow, then you can take it out.
-
Then continue to heat until the oil temperature rises to 180°C. Return the wing roots just tied to the pot, fry over medium heat until the surface is golden brown, remove and drain the oil.
-
Finally, have a bottle of beer, a must-have combination for watching dramas. Of course, if you like to coat the wings with sauce, you can mix and match according to your personal preference.
