Braised cauliflower with tomatoes
Overview
Tomatoes and cauliflower both contain large amounts of vitamin C. The two ingredients are fried together and taste very good.

Break the cauliflower into chunks.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Pork slices.

Heat oil in a pan and add onion and ginger to the pan.

Add pork slices.

Stir fry until oil comes out.

Add cauliflower.

Stir fry until cooked through.

Add tomatoes.

Stir-fry until the tomatoes become soupy.

Cover, turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add oyster sauce, stir well and turn off heat.
