Chicken gizzards and tofu soup
Overview
As a child. Every time my grandparents killed chickens, they always kept the chicken intestines and livers. After washing it, it turns into delicious chicken and tofu soup. Spicy and fragrant. When I grew up, I really missed this taste, and I have been trying to make it myself. It's a pity that it doesn't taste like the ones made by grandparents. I couldn't buy chicken gizzards, so I bought chicken gizzards and made chicken gizzards and tofu soup.
