Melt the butter and mix it with the flour (because I’m making a carb-free version, I used almond flour)

Spread into a layer under the baking sheet

Place in the oven at 165 degrees Celsius/325 degrees Fahrenheit for about ten minutes, and observe that the dough is slightly yellowed

Stir-fried onions with meat stuffing, you can use whatever you want here, green onions are also good

Make about 5 egg wash, add cream, cheese (I used grated smoked cheese) and season according to personal taste, black pepper, thyme, salt. These condiments can be freely used

Add chopped vegetables, use whatever you like, I added chopped red bell pepper, you can also add mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, etc.

Fry a little and stir in the egg liquid and mix well

Then put it in the oven at the same temperature and watch it for about 20 minutes. If the surface turns golden brown, it is done. Take it out and let it cool before eating
