It’s the season of beer and lobster again. Every time this season comes, I always buy a few kilograms to satisfy my craving. It’s so refreshing to drink beer and eat lobster on the terrace in the summer evening⋯

Choose a lobster that is not too big or too small~

Ask the boss to help remove the shrimp lines from the lobster~

After returning home, rinse the whole shrimp in running water~

Blanch the washed lobster~

Shred the ginger, mince the garlic, and prepare the seasoning package~
