Double Berry Egg Tart (Strawberry Egg Tart + Blueberry Egg Tart)
Overview
I have been diving in the food world for more than a year and have received guidance from many masters. Although this little girl does not have professional photography equipment, many photography skills, and no elaborate layout, it still cannot stop my love for food! The first recipe - my favorite new invention of egg tarts, dedicated to all the food-loving friends in the food world! Winter is the season for eating strawberries, so I might as well have a pair of strawberries, good things come in pairs! As my signature says, a real foodie is more than just good at eating. Everyone who sees it, start taking action! (^_^)

Steps
-
Mix whipping cream, milk, condensed milk and sugar in a milk pot
-
Heat over low heat while stirring until the sugar melts, then set aside to cool until not hot to the touch.
-
Add the beaten egg yolks and flour and mix evenly. Remember to stir while pouring!
-
After sieving, the tower water is finished (you can pass it several times to make it smoother)
-
Cut half of the strawberries into small cubes and cut half in the middle
-
Put the fruit into the tart shell
-
Pour in the tart water until it is 80% full, otherwise it will expand and overflow
-
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, second to last layer (middle and lower layers), 15-20 minutes
-
It’s out! ! ! ~
-
Take it out as soon as the time is up, otherwise the residual heat will overheat it. I feel great looking at it~~~
-
Have a warm egg tart, this winter will no longer be cold!
