Pour the flour into a basin, add an appropriate amount of salt, add a small amount of water, mix the flour into dough, knead it into a smooth hard dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. (If the dough is too soft, add dry flour and knead it into a slightly harder dough)

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a large piece with a thickness of about 2 mm.

Cut the large dough into long strips, and then cut it crosswise into small squares of about 1CM.

Press the small squares into patterned cat ears in the vegetable basket.

After the water in the pot is boiling, add the cat ears. Don’t worry about sticking together. Use a shovel to push them all apart. Add carrot slices, green vegetables, egg skins, a small amount of salt, light soy sauce and oil. After boiling, simmer for 1 minute, put in a bowl and eat!
